BM N°1 offers whisky lovers a rich, complex and multifaceted tasting experience. In order to elaborate this whisky, the best casks containing the finest whiskies from Scotland were selected in our cellar. Older whiskies, also from Scotland but with a higher proportion of malt, were added. These whiskies were delicately blended and then poured into casks–which had been used for the ageing of the most prestigious spirit in Gascony–for the duration of this second maturation lasting six more months at least. Before bottling our whisky, the level of alcohol was adjusted with pure water from the Montagne Noire to reach 42%, the ideal percentage for the expression of its qualities.
